Reconditioned AGA Cookers

AGA cookers come in two sizes. The standard 2 oven cooker has a roasting oven and a simmering oven which along with the boiling plate and simmering plate on top provides ample cooking space for most homes. The larger 4 oven cooker has all the features of the 2 oven cooker as well as a baking oven and a plate warming oven. Both cookers are also available with a boiler to heat domestic hot water.

Reconditioned AGA cookers come in two styles. The modern “deluxe” model which is the current style available in new AGA cookers. The other model is the “classic” which is the more traditional style Aga cooker that most people would recognise as the original AGA cooker. The classic cookers are popular for their distinctive traditional look ideal for that restored farm house or barn conversion.

Reconditioned AGA cookers come in a choice of fuels oil, gas (LPG and natural) and solid fuel.

The range of colours is larger than with a new AGA. All current AGA colours, as well as some more unusual colours, are available. You also have the option of just bringing us a colour sample and we will have a colour specially blended for you.

There is a size, a style, a fuel and a colour to suit everyone. 2 oven Aga and module in a Farrow and Ball colour called pearl white.

Many households have AGA cookers installed and over the years they may have started to show their age a little bit. We offer a reconditioning service for these cookers to restore it to its former glory or change its colour. We can even change it from a 2 oven to a 4 oven without the expense of buying a new cooker and taking out a perfectly good AGA cooker that is working well. Reconditioned Rayburns

Reconditioned Rayburns are another speciality. They come in two sizes the Rayburn Royal, or 200 series as it is now, is available in solid fuel and oil fired with a number of different boiler options and the Rayburn Supreme or Rayburn 355 which is able to run up to 10 radiators depending on size.

Redfyre

The Redfyre range of cookers are part of the Stovax group and are manufactured in England.They come in a range of different models as follows:
The traditional model is available in 2 and 4 oven options. There are oil or gas versions, additional 4 ring gas or electric side hob options (on the 4 oven model)and also the option of a boiler for domestic hot water. A unique feature of the Redfyre traditional cooker is an independantly controlled electric element in the baking oven, allowing you to boost the oven temperture or grill dishes.

With the same iconic good looks and seamless front as the traditional four oven cooker the universal model goes that stage further in terms of verisatility. It comes with two of the ovens capable of being used as either a heatstoreoven or an electric oven.This means the cooker can be used as a 4 oven heatstore cooker in the winter or as a 2 oven electric cooker in the summer. Alternatively the electric oven capability can be used to boost the heatstore ovens .The side hob is available in gas or electric as well making the Redfyre universal probably the most flexable range cooker available anywhere and effectively gives you two cookers in one model.

The Redfyre Electric is a revolutionary electric range cooker (and being electric does not therefore require any flue). It is perfectly designed for todays modern lifestyle and adds style and warmth becoming a focal point in your home. Combined with modern cooking technology and the option of induction hobs it gives you the most exceptional control, speed and efficiency available. Add in Redfyre’s patented warm front technology to give you a controlled warmth to the front of your cooker providing that wonderful range cooker ambiance.The Redfyre electric features two large electric ovens, one being a fan assisted, multi-functional oven and the other a conventional oven. There are no visable control knobs to detract from the traditional apperance of a range cooker in addition the spring loaded lids turn the hob off when lowered.

The Redfyre central heating range cooker combines the cooker and boiler in one compact appliance, saving space in your kitchen. The central heating model is fully programmable and incorporates two separate, thermostatically-controlled burners one for the cooker and one for the heating boiler so each function is easy to control and totally independent. There are four versions of the central heating model with outputs up to a maximum of 120,000 BTUs. The central heating model also comes with round spring-assisted hob lids, slam-shut oven doors, chrome fittings and a choice of 6 superb enamel colours, enabling you to blend your new cooker perfectly with a host of kitchen designs. In fact, whether you choose a natural gas or oil version, the short heat up times and 7 day, built in programmer (for the cooking function) on the cooker ensure the central heating Redfyre cooker has the flexibility to suit your lifestyle and your needs.

All redfyre cookers come in a range of 6 standard colours: cream, black, claret, pewter, forest green and royal blue.
They have the option of round or square hob lids. The 4 oven traditional model and the universal model both come with the option of a 4 ring gas or electric hob or you can have a warming plate if desired.

Wamsler

Wamsler cookers are solid fuel range cookers and they come in 2 sizes – The 900 series and 1100 series central heating cookers. The 900 series offers homeowners the perfect solution to today’s solid fuel heating and cooking requirements. With its well-proportioned design, clean lines and choice of colours the 900 series central heating cooker can easily blend into your kitchen. Operation is simple too because there is a central control system which allows you to direct the heat to exactly where you want it; for cooking, baking and roasting or to the central heating and domestic hot water supply.

The cooking capacity is considerable; you will find there is a large, heat retaining hob which extends across virtually the complete top surface, allowing you to use numerous pans, and a generous 58 litre oven which can take a sizable turkey or a joint of meat. The maximum heat output to hot water is 16 kW. This means you should be able to run about 10 radiators and have an ample supply of domestic hot water.

Larger than the 900 series, the Wamsler 1100 series central heating cooker offers you even more cooking and heating capacity, with up to 18 kw water output and a 70 litre oven.

Wamsler cookers are one of the few cooker manufacturers that offer both right and left hand cookers. Wamsler cookers also come in a range of solid fuel cooking only options, the compact 700, the 900 and the larger 1100 model. There are available in a range of enamel colours as well as stainless steel versions.
